We offer embroidery, print & sublimation. Sublimation is only available on polyester light fabric If you would like any further information on each option feel free to get in touch.

Yes, we will try and create anything you can think of, please reach out via email or our contact form, to discuss your design ideas & we will work with you, to create something.

If you want a product with your child's artwork feel free to email over the scanned file. If you are in-store, you can send it via air drop, WhatsApp or email. For photograph's, the same options apply. Please email your file, preferably in JPEG or HEIC format or if in store, you can send us the image via air drop or WhatsApp.

Unfortunately as all our items are custom designs, we are unable to offer refunds or returns on any of our items, however, we will send the design through via email, to be checked and confirmed by you, before completed, so you can double check to ensure all details are correct.

We are passionate about our quality, with our hampers, we have taken the time to ensure they look great & unfortunately, we cannot control how they are handled via delivery companies, so we have opted to keep our hampers to pick-up only.

Currently, we only offer royal mail 1st class (signed for) delivery, the turnaround time for this service, is usually 1-2 working days. If you need a delivery from another provider, please contact us prior to making an order, to discuss further.

Yes! We offer a free click & collect option from our store: Mia Sofia's, Unit 8 Birmingham Rd, Studley B80 7DF, United Kingdom (Les Topham garden centre - next door to Cracker box) If you do opt for our click-and-collect service, please wait until you receive the confirmation email, advising you, your order is ready for collection.

Our delivery fee is a flat rate of £4.50 regardless of how large your order is. We make no profit on the delivery & this is for Royal Mail 1st class, signed for, delivery. We do offer free delivery on all orders over £100 - The discount is automatically applied at checkout.

This is dependent on the order, we aim to complete all orders within 48 hours, although, we complete most orders within 24 hours, however, we will send you an email, once the order has been completed. Once dispatched, the item is generally delivered within 1-2 working days. Or available for pick up the following day.
